IPv4 Lease Price Report (July 2021)
In July 2021, we observed the average IPv4 prices both increasing and decreasing, depending on the RIR. While RIPE NCC increased prices for /22, /23 and /24 subnets, both APNIC and ARIN decreased prices for /21, /22, /23 and /24 subnets.
Throughout 2021, United States has not lost its number-one position in our TOP 5 Lessee Countries list. In July, we welcomed Moldova back to our top five as it took the second position. Turkey, India, and the British Virgin Islands took third, fourth, and fifth positions, respectively.

Comparing With June
Unsurprisingly, IP prices in Heficed’s IP Address Market have remained the same for subnets /25 – /32 compared to June offers. The average subnet price has also remained stable for subnet /17. Prices for subnets /18 – /24, on the other hand, have decreased. The prices for subnets /22 and /23 have changed most significantly. As per usual, /24 remains the most popular subnet leased in the IP Address Market.
The IPv4 market size has grown once again. Since June, we have added nearly 157,000 new IP addresses to the IP Address Market. We are excited to see how the market evolves further with the upcoming launch of IPXO. You can learn more about the Heficed IPAM Transition to IPXO using our FAQ guide.
