London, United Kingdom, October 21, 2011 – Host1Plus London based international hosting services provider, known for its cheap VDS services, has launched the new service – extra care support for VDS customers. The extra care service is a special support service for the customers who ordered the VDS service.
“VDS service is unique because of it’s nature when customer hire the server in our data center which is absolutely dedicated to the customer. That means that customer’s IT administrator is able to control the service on his own without our interference. Sometimes IT administrators face some problems which cannot be solved without our support. According to out terms and conditions VDS server is managed exclusively by the service user, so we cannot interfere and help them with any issues. Therefore we have introduced additional service which allow us help our VDS service clients in their infrastructure” – Vincentas Grinius, the Host1Plus co-founder and CEO explained what is Extra care service.
Extra care service is for advanced users only. Majority of VDS service customers do not need additional help from the service provider as they administrate the server exclusively. In the case of IT administrator resource changes, some questions about the previous management may occur. Also, not so experienced IT administrators may need some consulting. In those cases, customers can order additional extra care service, which is provided by a dedicated support manager in Lithuanian and English.
“We had lots of issues when IT administrator left the company and the new guy simply could not understand what has been done in the server. We had to stay away from it as we cannot bring the responsibility for dedicated server management. Therefore we started providing this simple service which is at a very reasonable price.
