FAQ About the Heficed IPAM Transition to IPXO

The IP Address Market is becoming a unique product in its own right. Starting Q3 2021, you will be able to begin managing IP resources using the dedicated IPXO platform designed to make your life a lot easier.

We are preparing to launch IPXO, and with the first launch, we will start migrating some of the IPAM features from Heficed to IPXO.

This FAQ guide will help you prepare for the smooth transition from the Heficed IP Address Market to the IPXO marketplace. It answers the most common questions related to the changes that will occur at Heficed when IPXO goes live.

General Questions

How will I log into the IPXO platform for the first time?

No, you don’t need to take any action. We will move the subnets available for lease to the new IPXO platform first. In the following months, we will migrate the remaining IP resources, including leased subnets.

No, with the launch of IPXO, you will only be able to monetize IP resources using the IPXO Address Market.
