How To Cancel My Cloud Hosting Service
To cancel currently active Cloud Hosting services, follow these steps:
1. Log in to Terminal and navigate to the particular service you want to cancel.
2. On the service detail page, click Terminate to cancel your Cloud Hosting service.
3. Enter your reason for cancelation. You will be able to use the service until the end of the billing period.
You are eligible for a full refund if no more than 14 days have passed since ordering the service.
