How To Submit a Ticket via the Heficed Terminal

To submit a ticket via the Terminal, follow these steps.

1. Log in to your Terminal.

2. Click Support in the Dashboard.

3. Go to Tickets and click Submit a ticket.

4. Fill in the required information, describe your issue and click Submit.
