If you lose your phone or cannot log in, Heficed allows you to use Emergency Recovery Codes.
To receive your Emergency Recovery Codes, you must have 2FA (Two-factor authentication) enabled. If you do, access Terminal> IAM & Security > My Account > Security > Get New Codes. Make sure you store your recovery codes safely on your device or write them down.
You will receive a set of 10 codes that you can use when authentication is needed to access your Heficed account. You can use each code once.
Please note that every time you generate a new set of codes, the old recovery codes will no longer be valid.
