How To Change the Billing Cycle For My Service

In order to switch to a longer billing cycle (monthly, yearly, etc.) for your service, you will need to contact the Support department by submitting a ticket via the Terminal. Note that before you can request the billing cycle change, all unpaid invoices for the service must be paid.

The billing cycle can be changed for the following billing intervals:
Monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, and biennially.

The billing cycle can not be changed for the longer billing cycles.
