Will My Unpaid Invoices Be Paid Automatically From My Credit Balance?
If you have credit in your Heficed Credit Balance, or if you have selected the Automatic Payment method when a new unpaid invoice is generated by our billing system, your invoice will be paid automatically.
Credits from your Heficed Credit Balance will be automatically deducted once the invoice is paid. If you prefer to pay the invoice from the available Credit Balance manually, open the unpaid invoice and select the preferred payment method.
