How Do I Activate My Pending Order?

Most orders are activated automatically once the payment reaches our billing system. If your order is Pending, the payment was not yet received, or it is under review and will be analyzed by our team.

If the payment requires additional verification steps, we will send a verification to the email address linked to your Heficed account. Alternatively, you will be asked for additional information via the Terminal.

If you have not received a verification email, if the status of your order has not been updated at the Terminal, or if the order stays in the Pending status for a long time, please submit a ticket to our Billing Department via the Terminal.
