How to Request a Refund

Take the following steps to request a refund.

NOTE: Before you begin, check if you are eligible for a refund using the Can I request a refund? guide.

1. Log in to the Terminal.

2. Use the Dashboard menu on the left to find the service that you want to cancel and get a refund for.

3. Click the service name to open a management panel and click Terminate at the top.

4. Submit a Service cancellation request form.

5. Submit a ticket to Billing Support, informing us how you wish to receive the refund. You can choose between the original payment method (if possible) and Credits.
