How To Manage Authorized Payments

Authorized payments are automatic transactions that are pre-approved by the user.

To manage these payments, log in to your Terminal and click Billing > Payment Methods.

If you add a payment card to your account, it will be set as the default payment method for all automatic transactions.

Creating authorized credit and debit card payments

To authorize automatic credit and debit card payments, log in to your Terminal and click Billing > Payment Methods > Select.

Enter your payment card details and click Add to save them.

Your authorized credit or debit card will be set up instantly, and the due amount will be automatically charged on the due date.

Note: If you experience any issues with automatic payments, you can contact Heficed Support by submitting a ticket via your Terminal.
