Disputes, claims, chargebacks or any other form of payment retrieval is not an acceptable form of a refund, and it will be considered payment fraud and processed according to our Terms of Service.

Compliance with Heficed Terms of Service requires us to take certain steps to ensure that we identify and mitigate fraud. That means that we must suspend services of fraudulent accounts and take counteractions to protect transactions.
