My Server Backup Process at Terminal Was Not Successful

The server backup might fail if it is interrupted or if the server’s management is locked due to another task or failure. In the latter case, delete the failed backup and try to back up your server again.

If you cannot delete the failed backup or the new backup fails again, please submit a ticket to our Support department via Terminal. We will investigate the problem further. If the Terminal notifies you about errors, please copy and include them when submitting a ticket.
