Service Suspension Due To Overdue Payment. What Should I Do?

If your service was suspended, you should receive a notification to the email that is linked to your Heficed account. When you log in to Terminal and select the appropriate service, you will discover the reason for service suspension. In this article, you can read how to sign up for the Heficed Terminal.

If the service was suspended due to overdue payment, and you wish to resume using that service, you must pay all unpaid invoices for that service. Unpaid invoices related to your Heficed account are always listed in Terminal > Billing > Invoices.

Once you complete the payment, the suspended service will be activated automatically. Of course, you should always check the service status. The status should be Online.
