I am suspended for payment fraud. What’s that?

Payment fraud is any fraud that might involve either falsely creating or falsely diverting the payments. Any form of transaction retrievals is being considered as payment fraud.

If a fraudulent transfer of funds was performed from your account and you have received an email informing you that the payment was not successful and your account requires extended verification, please reply to this email or directly contact the technical support department at support@heficed.com by attaching the following documents:

  1. A color photo or scanned version of your identification document (Passport or driving license).
  2. A color photo or scanned version of your Credit Card which was used for this particular order.

Our support department will activate your service as soon as they receive the information mentioned above.
