Suspended Due to Verification. What Should I Do?

We reserve the right to request additional information from the user as agreed per Heficed Terms of Service to make verification of the provided information or any orders made by the user.

If your active service or order was suspended due to verification, you will receive an email with further instructions. You can use your Terminal to provide the requested information or submit a ticket to our Billing Department. Please provide the information requested via the verification email.

Once the verification procedure is completed, your service will be activated automatically.
